Allah
Surah 20Lo! I, even I, am Allah, There is no God save Me. So serve Me and establish worship for My remembrance. (14)
Say: He is Allah, the One! (1) Allah, the eternally Besought of all! (2) He begetteth not nor was begotten. (3) And there is none comparable unto Him. (4)

And Our word unto a thing, when We intend it, is only that We say unto it: Be! and it is. (40)

Allah is the most sacred Name that indicates the Being Most High, His oneness and His godly attributes. While the other Names are just attributes, Allah, is the proper name of God, Subhana wa ta’ala.
